Do you offer local pick up?
Absolutely! When you check out there will be a selection under shipping for local pick up. Click that and we will send all the details to you once your purchase is completed.
How long do I have to pick up my order? The sooner the better! Our return policy timeline takes effect as soon as the pick up email has been sent so in order to do exchanges or returns in time we ask orders be picked up in a timely manner. Any orders left over 1 year will be donated to the women’s shelter.
What's your return policy?
You have 7 days from delivery (this is the date of delivery posted by Canada Post) to return or exchange your garments. Anything on sale or if a discount code is used is a final sale. For any more info please see our Return Page.
What is the function "request a restock"?
Missed out on that piece you wanted? No worries. Simply click request a restock and we will do our best to bring it back in and notify you as soon as its available!
